Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same day on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend/Holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Not All Pink uses UPS and USPS as their preferred carriers. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (which can be applied to orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.


Not All Pink uses UPS and USPS for International orders.

USPS International Priority Mail 6-10 Business Days

USPS International Priority Mail Express 3-5 Business Days

UPS Expedited Delivery: Three or four days to Europe and four or five days to Asia and Latin America

Place your order online, via phone, fax, or e-mail. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order and may be adjusted. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars and no other currencies will be accepted.


Shipping charges include insurance but do not include any fees for customs, taxes, or duties; these are the customer’s responsibility.


All merchandise returned to Not All Pink, Inc. must have prior approval. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 4432128512 for return instructions and to receive an RMA number. Returns must be made freight prepaid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a complete explanation of the reason for the return. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and NOT USED. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the items back in our warehouse.
